Hey folks,

We had five sessions with Noel Mal and his gang at the Community Worship Centre. It was a very satisfying time of ministry. We were glad for a church that was open and hungry to experience more of the activity of Holy Spirit at work in our midst. This is a group of people who are making their way into the River from staid evangelicalism and so it was a delight being able to share with them as we have also made a similar journey.

Elsie taught on Hearing the Voice of God first and it opened the eyes of many to the fact that God is always speaking and he has a lot to say to his kids! As a result, some are going to start their own study of Mark Virkler’s teaching on the subject! You can’t want anything better than that: for a teacher to see her students doing their own exploration!

Elsie’s art seminar also went over very well. She shared several testimonies of how the Lord has used her work to impact people with the gospel. We prayed for those who were struggling with their creative gifts and propensities and finding a place for these in the church… apart from in the basement! We encouraged them to believe for taking the mountain of arts and entertainment for the kingdom of God.

I shared my Peniel message as well as a message on the compassionate, Father Heart of God from Hosea 11 and then we ministered His heart and several were touched. It was a precious time to see them experience the love of the Father with tears flowing and hearts healed and minds changed forever – we trust - by that encounter. Let it be so Daddy!

At the last meeting we tried a bit of healing but have to confess that there were only some partially healed of pain in their bodies. We were pushing against a lot of resistance that we felt and believe in the end that some ground was taken back even if we didn’t see the kinds of healings that we are beginning to experience in our meetings elsewhere. A whole bunch of people came forward for an impartation of a healing anointing. That tells me that people want to go for it! In so many ways it all about the ANOINTING isn’t it?! We can use all the right words and even believe all the right things but unless the anointing is there nothing of eternal substance happens.

Overall, it was a wonderful trip. We had some precious times sharing with some of the folks there outside the formal meetings – not that there was anything formal about the meetings! Already we are hearing about breakthroughs in the lives of some that we had the joy of spending time with. Thank you Daddy!

Tonight, we are about to embark on the first of our series of eight meetings here in Halifax and are looking forward to those. We’ll keep you posted on all the good stuff that the Lord will do.

Thanks for your uplifted prayers.

Ramesh and Elsie
