Informing you of the riveting adventure that is the life of Ramesh and Elsie Naraine!!
Update - Local church pastors AND itinerant ministers
Well folks, it's been a while since we've updated you all here but it is about time to let you all know that Elsie and I are about to start pastoring one of the new Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship congregations. This coming Sunday, September 20th, we will launch TACF's ninth campus in Scarborough, east Toronto. We will be meeting at 10:30 am at the Delta Hotel at 401 and Kennedy Road. Do join us if you can. This is going to be a new experience for us but we have great anticipation about what the Lord will do.
TACF is committed to team leadership and raising up quality leaders so this will be a part-time role. Therefore, we still have the exciting opportunity to continue our itinerant and missions ministry under The Peniel Mission. Obviously, we'll not be able to travel as much as we have been but we are still committed to taking the good news to the nations of the world. We go where we are invited!
Blessings to all.
Brazil Mission - February 10th to 22nd
Elsie and I are heading down to Curitiba, Brazil for a 12 day mission trip. If you are interested in joining us, contact us.
Hello Cyprus! - April 27th to May 12th, 2009
There will be a Catch The Fire Conference May 6th to 9th in Limassol, Cyprus. Elsie and I are privileged to be included as part of the support team to be involved in intercession, preparation and prayer ministry team for this exceptional conference. Click here for brochure and details.
Ramesh will be going down to Kingston, Jamaica on a exploratory visit to meet with pastors, spread the word about Abba God's great love and see if there is interest in an ILSOM later in the year... although a two month school from Jan to Feb seems the way to go!!
The city that is so amazing they named it twice! We'll be ministering at the Latter Rain Christian Fellowship on Sunday February 8th.
Greetings from Ramesh and Elsie...
Thanks for visiting our webspace. On July 1, 2007 Elsie and I stepped into full-time itinerant ministry under "our own" ministry banner - The Peniel Mission. We were ordained and commissioned by our pastors John and Carol Arnott into this dream of ours and we have been enjoying the challenge of living by faith and seeing God do incredible things!
We thought that it would be important that we have a place to publish all the good stuff that the Lord is doing in and through us. Like the extraordinary miraclewe witnessed in Leon, Nicaragua on our mission trip there in 2007. It was the first such dramatic, extraordinary healing miraclewe experienced under our ministry.
More recently, we have been doing Catch the Fire Soaking Weekends and Leaders Schools in places like, Georgia, Indiana, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Quebec. We have also done ministry trips to Nicaragua, Sweden, Brazil, Cyprus, to name a few.
Dietrich Bonhoeffer said,“The chief task of pastoral ministry is to arrange the contingencies for an encounter with the Divine.” He knew what he was talking about because it has been wonderful to see the Spirit of the Living God come in manifest ways and minister deeply to the hearts and lives of his people as we seek to cultivate an atmosphere where they have face to face encounters with Him. For many, these events have been life transforming as they encounter the Love of Abba God, the Grace and Power of Jesus and Intimacy with Holy Spirit in fresh and new ways.
Look around, read on and I trust that you'll be blessed.Read ourarchived storiesto hear about some of the wonderful things we've seen the Lord do in our lives in the recent past; keep track of where we are on our calendar. Cultivating An Atmosphere For Face To Face Encounters With God

Catch the Fire International Leaders School in Nicaragua - October 20 to 24, 2008!!
We put on an International Leaders School of Ministry in Nicaragua from October 20th to 24th, 2008. The school is geared to the pastors and leaders of one of the cutting edge ministries in Nicaragua.
As always, we highly value the prayers and intercession of God's people so we encouraged our prayer partners and other Christian brothers and sisters to pray with us as we undertook this trip. We are continually wanting to grow in the ways of the Kingdom and stretching ourselves and "pushing the envelope." On this trip, we asked God for an exceptional anointing on our preaching and teaching so that our (his) words would penetrate the hearts of the hearers in a way that transforms their lives.
For those of you who would like to make donations and to be involved in taking the great news of Jesus and Abba Father to the nations of the world in this way you can do so using your credit card, bank account, or with cheques. See how...
We are now ordained ministers!
On September 23, 2007 our Pastors John and Carol Arnott ordained Elsie and me during our Sunday morning church family service. It was a wonderful occasion and we feel strengthened as we step out on this new venture of faith missions. Check out the video here...
